Supported Employment Specialist
Are you passionate about making a difference and helping others thrive? We’re looking for an innovative, energetic, and compassionate professional to join us as a Full-Time Supported Employment Specialist.
In this impactful role, you’ll support individuals living with mental illness and other complex challenges as they work toward achieving meaningful, competitive employment and educational goals. You’ll play a key role in empowering others—while meeting time-sensitive grant requirements—by providing guidance, encouragement, and direct assistance every step of the way.
Position Details:
- Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday
- Pay: $19.00/hr.
- Candidate will need to provide guidance and support to all program participants with obtaining their goals and assist with eliminating significant barriers.
- Will work with clients to develop and implement an individualized and integrated Supported Employment Service Plan.
- Should be familiar with Supported Employment/Supported Education practices, social service resources, area employers, job development, workforce development, community outreach, and wrap around services.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years proven success in human services, social work, or employment readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- ACRE certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Personal vehicle and proof of insurance (mileage reimbursed).
- FBI, Child Abuse, and State Police Clearances.
